Brandon has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry focusing on property development, transactions, leasing, and site selection. Since joining National SportsMall Realty’s affiliated business, Hall Equities Group in 2004, Brandon’s primary responsibility has been identifying and executing new business opportunities, including participating in the evolution of National SportsMall Realty during the early stages of the Shadelands SportsMall project development starting in 2014. Within National SportsMall Realty, Brandon has contributed to the birth of an emerging new asset class, the SportsMall, which focuses on creating a home for diversified sports training and technology businesses located within a traditional shopping center-type development format. Going forward, Brandon’s focus is the identification of new real estate opportunities throughout the United States suitable for the development of additional SportsMalls.
In addition to Brandon’s role as Chief Investment Officer for National SportsMall Realty, he is also Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Hall Equities Group and is responsible for overall corporate performance and supervision and management of real estate activities and related personnel for the company, including investments, dispositions, leasing, development projects, construction, design, and property management. He has also been responsible for negotiating and securing partnership, distribution, and collaboration agreements with sports technology companies in Germany, Austria, and England on behalf of National SportsMall Realty affiliate COPA Innovation Laboratories.
