Dave has worked intermittently for National SportsMall Realty’s affiliated business, Hall Equities Group, for over 25 years as the Construction Manager. He brings over 35 years of experience in construction and project management. He is in charge of all facets of construction projects, from the initial bidding and awarding process, through pre-construction and budget planning, to project control, design coordination, value engineering, and the actual construction of various types of commercial buildings. Dave has successfully constructed over 1 million square feet of space, including office, industrial, retail and medical.
