Nick joined National SportsMall Realty’s affiliated business, Hall Equities Group in 2016, as the Director of Leasing. He has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning his career in brokerage and later transitioning to the landlord and development side of the business. He has held positions that cover an array of skills, including asset management, leasing, project management, and property management.
Nick is responsible for all direct day-to-day operations, and aspects of leasing for the company’s industrial portfolio. He oversees all facets of negotiations, document preparation, and execution processes, and plays a key role in developing and implementing leasing strategies. In addition, he operates as a project manager on capital improvements, as well as on tenant improvements to maximize speed from lease to rent commencement for his portfolio. He directs a team of property managers on all maintenance items and third-party vendor services. Nick is also responsible for asset budgeting and maintaining financial reporting.
